C4; you are absolutely right. I e-mailed Gus, and he said the same thing. It works like a champ now. Thanks. Walt
 
C4 or Gus (or anyone who knows); how do you get the thumbnail URL in a place where you can cut and paste? It comes up on a small card-like display which does not allow you to cut and paste when I right click on the thumb and click on properties. Win 98 IE 5.2. Thanks, gentlemen. Walt
 
how do you do it if your are not using photopoint and want to use a thumbnail off of another page?

It does not matter if it is photopoint or not you do it the same way. I went to your site but I could not find any thumbnails.

Do you have any thumbs posted? If so let me know and we can do an example - Gus

Walt, I'm using IE 5.0 but I doubt much has changed. Go to your Photopoint album, right click on a thumbnail & select properties. In the "small card-like display" that results, you should be able to select the URL by moving your cursor over the URL & triple clicking with the left button to select all of it. Once it's highlighted, press CTRL C to copy. Let me know if you have any questions.

HOLY COW! IT WORKED! After only three times (this time).

OBTW, DON'T CLICK ON THE LINK! It takes you to a WHOMPIN' big a$$ picture of that knife. It will fill up your screen, and then some (unless you have something like a 35 inch monitor, maybe). But, that's another problem.
