Rarest Spydercos?

I'll see if I can find my old brochures but I am almost positive this is a GSakai or Moki knife. Probably G.Sakai. I'm guessing that they probably did the work for SOG too. Another company came out with some knives that are almost identical also. Too identical to be mere copies.

In the interim, how rare is a _plain_ edge Snap- it? I don' t recall ever seeing it cataloged and have only recently spotted one in a showcase in a local gun shop.

Also a _plain_ edge Co- Pilot?
