Review REK Quarantine - “The Bad Boy”. The Q.2 ;)

Went out to do some more bush cleaning this afternoon. You know, the trouble with having two amazing fixed blades is which one to carry... @woodysone

Took the REK Q to pair it up with the Ember. What a work horse. I haven’t been able to use the Q as much as I’d like, so tag along it did.
The Carothers DEK1 and the Quarantine are roughly the same size (lengthwise), and both just so dang comfortable to use. I don’t think I need another medium fixed blade. Gonna enjoy these two.

Out again for some cleanup...
Burning some brush and cutting out some saplings...Quarantine for the win. I must say...the Quarantine is very comfortable and secure while chopping...the fob just makes it that much more secure. Nice job!

Well knife enthusiasts, spring has sprung and it’s time to get into the bush. Just arrived, a perfect REK Ember to match my Quarantine, also from REK. Josh hit me up with matching scales, liners and compound grind with swedge.

I got my kydex setup all done for inverted carry on my belt. Gonna test this setup out this afternoon in the bush.
