RichMade Knives Custom Double Ratchet Flipper - what am i looking at ??

If I was wealthy I’d use Rich’s knives for silverware. Just everyone with a rachet on the placemat cuttin their prime rib. The maid would chop carrots with that double rachet. Oh, it would be the best!

For real though, His new slow poke model looks awesome to me. First one of his I have ever wanted to buy.

His knives are more novelty in my eyes, but I can respect the craft.
