Thanks propbuildervash for the lead on the fasteners. Black oxide with the larger torx size for the replacements really goes with the look of the original micarta and the 3D milling. Perfect fit.

The posts are stainless steel and there is a very close tolerance fit in the holes so the fit for the scales on the tang is maintained.

This is off for leather next...
