This should get posted on all the various secondary market sites, I’ve seen way too many TC Barlow spear and sheepfoots erroneously called “Tom’s Choice” and the seller adamant about their use of the moniker. Relevant knife content, recycled as I’m overseas:

Only the TC Barlows with clip points are “Tom’s Choice” … even when modified like this, a clip point is still Tom’s choice!

For reference, here are the spear, clip, and sheepfoot blades as found on TCs, only the clip is marked “Tom’s Choice” the others being “Genuine” and “Real” Barlows.

Well TC stands for Tidioute Cutlery, nothing more, nothing less. I believe Mr. CC recognized a play on the initials with “Tom’s Choice.” Seemed to be less confusion a few years back before the market for TCs got so hot.

As far as mod, its a single blade Tom’s Choice transformed into Beerlow with addition of crown lifter and also recovered. Mod by Jordan Fowler.
