Thanks for the Tall Tale!!! 🤣 🤣 🤣
Or age has played with your memory, hmm which is it.also people don't understand Canadians fascination with an awl on a pocket knife,it is great for chipping ice from the base of our windshield wipers as well as breaking the window for when we lock our keys in the vehicle,on a cold winter morning. We do not want to look like idiots using a common rock from the boulevard to take our window out.

I gotta say that I know the waynorth harness jack is not hand made(and I don't own any hand made to compare)but I can see nothing, absolutely nothing but perfection, the fit and finish, the heft(strength)has put me in a spot that I have never been ,and that is I don't want to use it. I compared it to my bush Wacken knife that I have abused with proper care, the infamous buck 112 ,and the harness jack is tougher in my eyes.it surely is not less than equal. But looks a hell of alot better.it is just a well made knife that is as tough as it is good looking.the size is perfect for using with heavy canadian mitts.and I know I make the odd joke, but the awl is the perfect tool to get in the crevis of the wiper arm.ice always builds up their,so when you turn on frozen wipers you fry your wiper motor.wife did it twice.i actually used the one on my sak multiple times years ago.now would it be knife I carry while wearing male version of daisy Duke shorts,no.

Glad you like those knives, Oldy!!! I have discussed GEC quality with several custom knife Makers, and they agree that those production knives give you a run for your money sometimes!!!

Ya it amazing the quality,it really is.i purchased almost 20 case jiged bone or stag knives in the last 10 months, and as much as I liked them I was always left with some poor examples.it got to the point where I thought they were sending the knives that got sent back to case that were then sent to canadian dealers.but I still have an appreciation for case, but gec blows them out of the water.example I have 3 different Chinese made 3 blade knives, one by cold steel and 2 by scrade.none of them have blade rub while the 3 case knives with 3 blades have blade rub in multiple spots.now over half the cases were given as gifts.I now feel I want to get two of my most cherished hunting buddies gec knives to show my appreciation. As I won't be hunting again.
