Well hoodtube, you have yourself a sweet farm and field, that there is no doubt, but not a Sodbuster/Bull Nose per se:eek: That is a #47 frame not a #71. Your #47 is a favorite of mine though:thumbup:

Hey the upside is you can buy another knife:D

Just landed a Denim!
I Love the Bronze shield around the pivot!

There's a few denim left of KSF right now... I don't think they made many of these so they will be gone in a few minutes.

edit: out of stock now

Extremely pleased with the Burgundy Bullnose that arrived today, very exacting finish, nice thick handle slabs. Not Jam Tomorrow but Jam Today as well :D

Getting some interesting patina patterns on my little yeller Soddie. Love this blade! It does a fine job at anything I throw at it.

suffering from Blade Redundancy

Great family shot rbeggs! Hood, I agree with Paul, that's no soddie but a fine knife none the less. You can still be part of the club and now you have an excuse to buy another knife!

I scored a couple of the Denims, one with the 2015 blade and one of the 2017 blade. Two more to add to the family, group pic when they come in!

What is the difference in the 2015 and 2017 blades?

My guess is that they had some spare blades from the 2015 run and threw some of those into the denim run. So, a few people will have a Denim Soddie that says 2015 but was produced in 2017. I would call it an oddity that probably doesn't make them more valuable but cool to have in my collection.

Makes sense.
As long as I have the handle treatments, I don't care either way.

waste not want not :)

Nice group shot! Which one is your favorite? - I'm guessing you're not a fan of OD green.. .
Well cbr i had to draw the line somewhere, i wanted one of each but couldnt swing it. At this point i probably would enjoy OD more than the burlap but im gonna give it a chance to grow on me.
My favorite is the Canvas but wow the pull and snap on the nifebrite is SO nice and strong i think im in love!

I just got a burlap micarta a couple days ago.. my first sodbuster. The pattern never appealed to me, but the burlap sounded very interesting so I gave it a shot. I'm glad I did because I see I've been missing out. I like the fullness of the handle and size. Now I feel like I need to get a couple more!
