Spyderco Bodacious - The Greatest Knife to Ever Cut

Admittedly, I'm a "hard-use" fixie guy and not much of a folder snob. With that, I've always had a "thing" for the Shaman but wasn't exactly in love with the short cutting edge/finger choil design.

As I've posted before (*and as a "PBR" fan), I feel like Spyderco made the "Bodacious" just for me. It has seen at least as many "dog walking" trips and late-night jaunts to the convenience store as my Cold Steel SR1 and ZT 0308s.


I'm kinda' LOVIN' this thing...

But I can relate/understand Everything you said.

I told myself that I'm holding out for Cruwear or M4 or something as a neat sprint run.

I ordered a set of Rockscale titanium scales for my Bodacious just yesterday based on all these great pictures!

My Bodacious has kicked my long term PM2s out of my daily carry. Love that the new blade steels are arriving. This is one of the BEST Spydercos!

Both of mine are modded though. The Shaman is skinnied, and Bodacious had the nub of g10 near the blade taken off (so it can front flip)

I just got a Bodacious, it is awesome. I like it more than the Shaman, which I sold within a week. I think I have to get another Bodacious to do upgrades on.

Just got this in today.
Of course they would start Spyderco sales after I order one. The g10 kinda reminds me of micarta kinda.
It’s smooth yet still carries a light texture.
Seems to be a well made versatile knife.
