    Wonderful and unusual item:thumbsup: I could spatchcock my next Christmas Turkey with them :D

    Got any idea of a date for it? I suspect it could be quite an age, even pre WW II?

    Based on the Twin (Zwilling) trademark, it is post-1900 and pre-1969....based on the flat spring system, the patina on the non-stainless steel, the high quality stag and the overall quality of the construction, I would guess earlier rather than later within this range.
