steel or rubber watch band?

been through 3 nylon watchbands in the 2 yrs, just got a new steel band after 3yrs(I tried to adjust the size and screwed with the pin holes too much, lost a couple links).

steel is the way to go.
 
Ended up getting the Italian rubber band. I'll admit that I am not crazy about the band that comes with the standard seals watch. I much prefer the new nylon ones. This band is much better. It is much more flexible and comfortable. Looks better as well.
