Case made a test run of these stockmans in CPM20CV a couple years ago, and I really thought they'd sell a lot better than they did. But what the heck do I know.


I was experimenting with some dye a few months ago, and this one was the guinea pig.

'24 BF Stockman #132 is back in my pocket.

I don't no what caused the funky uneven patina on the Budding/Grafting/Spey blade.

Maybe someone who actually knows what they're talking about will come along. Until then, this one was CPM20CV, but right after this came out, I think they came out with a stockman & trapper in S35VN. Due to the newer steels, the price was higher than similar models, and I don't think they sold well.

I just did a "google" search, and while I can't find one in CPM20, it looks like the S35 is still available at DLT.
