I am a sailor on the Great Lakes, I see many nice sunrise/sunset.

Scenes like these have always been a favorite of mine. Throw in some celestial bodies, jupiter, Mars, Venus, the Moon... It Don' get much benner'n-nis...

Sunset @ Yosemite: circa 2010 or 2011...As I took pics of sunset, then suddenly the moon started to rise from the horizon. So I thought: "Hey...It's kinda cool !!"

NICE shot's, Pokey! :thumbup: I'm also a sucker for a great sunset. Used to take drives west into Lancaster County all the time with a like-minded friend for what we referred to as "chasing the sunset" cruises.

I've chased sunsets all around the world at nearly every latitude.

For real fun, you've got to "catch" one.

And that's another story.
