I prefer it when manufacturers don't try to put a useless saw back on my tactical bananas, personally.
Can't have the glint off that fresh banana giving away your position during night ops.
They do tend to self-tacticalize after about a week. Putting them in the freezer speeds things up, plus increases the HRC of the blade.
Similar to bullets made out of dry ice - frozen banana tactical knives are the bane of crime scene investigators.
The Hutzler 571 never needs sharpening. That was a big improvement over the 570, if I recall correctly.
