Magnacut has more corrosion resistance and slightly more abrasion resistance/edge retention. I doubt most people will be able to tell a difference between the edge though.

D3V has more toughness and better edge stability/durability. It's slightly easier to sharpen too. It has better corrosion resistance than regular 3v because of the heat treatment.
