The perfect pocket knife for me is a(ny) small SAK. A few centimeter of sharp blade is really all I need.
And to me as European guy, a SAK is very much a traditional pocket knife.

I agree a small Sak is pretty good I have a cadet or similar daily, but for perfect to me it has to have natural covers. Stag bone whatever just me is all.
