They are 5 bucks each. And add one dollar to ship up to 4 patches. Conus. International. approx 15 bucks. For a flat rate Or for impatient souls. 6 bucks for Usps priority. Flat rate for as many patches u want.

Empty envelope came today.PO says it was damaged in handling. Obviously,one end was opened w/ a knife and all 3 patches taken. Someone wanted those patches badly...How much for one more w/ shipping J??
 
i read something about these new
sorting machines at the post office.
they seem to be tearing envelopes open,
much like you said.
cant remember where I saw that article....
