A very good client wanted a carbon steel traditional bowie, with a brass guard and jigged bone scales. This is the design we agreed on. I typically make more complex bowies with rounded spines, hollow grinds, palm swell, flared butt, hamon, coining, mammoth ivory, walrus ivory, and on and on. After I finished this bowie, I was taken aback by the lines - to me it's just.....iconic. All comments welcome.

Nice work on that bone stag! It looks real nice and I agree, the lines are classic.

I like it a lot

Very nice TK, it looks a lot like the original antique Bowies I've seen.

That's what I'm talkin' about! I've been waiting for you to make a little less "on and on" design ...

now 2.5 more inches on the length and my handle of choice..........:)..

Beautiful knife Tim a true classic. I'm sure your client will be more than satisfied.:thumbsup:
