222 was made in China for Hachette, 50 French patterns reproduced and sold monthly with a magazine in 2003/4. Another set had a ladybug sign on the blade.
 
Thanks for the clarification. The Internet is full of fuzzy info on Garanti 222. It's a pity that's made in China.
