My wife's grandfather lives in Sonoma. I remember when he told me that, I couldn't believe it.

So that looks like a cool place.

As somebody who has had to clear pastures and put up all my own fencing having something already fenced would be a great thing.

Is it on a well? How is the water??

What sort of septic system does it have??

How close are you to being able to buy it??
 
It is on a good well. Currently pressure is electric, I'll have to put a tank up.

septic is basic old 1980s, just cleaned out.

Assuming everything goes well the next couple weeks, we move in August 1st!

Oh yeah. We're putting a trailer up in the orchard as a guest house. Hopefully a nice airstream, but if not, I'll fix it up. A little farm like that needs a rotating guest list :D

Yeah I have a rough hippie cabin on my place that has been a refuge for friends going thru rough times on occasion.

Hey! Congrads on that place there!!! Nothing beats having your own land!!!:thumbup:
