Taxman says he owes me £285 ($355). Basically because I don't pay tax ever now so they took it by mistake.
So I can save it for sometime later or spend it now.
So what would you suggest...preferably a slipjoint with a cutting edge under 3" as i'm in the UK.

You guys know a lot more knives than me so who else could I come to for advice :)

Custom slip joint.
I don't know his current price, but mine was under the budget.
Stefan Diedericks.

$355? A flight and hotel in Vegas, a maxed out credit card, and an STD.

Oh wait, you're in the UK. I don't know where the casino's and hooker's are.

If you are looking for a slipjoint, I'd go custom personally.

If you’re wanting Damascus/Damasteel, Lionsteel has some sweet slip joints. That Dom in Damasteel is nice.

Is that really on the cards ???

It is indeed. Sal is hoping to squeeze in the production if another model is delayed for whatever reason. There are polls up for the blade shape and handle material over on the spyderco forums.

Manchester checks out most of those boxes, from personal experience.;)

OT:
I'd either check out the custom scene, which is MASSIVE, or get one of the Lionsteels and beer for the rest. The Gitano is especially tempting.

:) If I had $355 USD burning a hole in my pocket , I'd grab a Cold Steel 4 Max while I still could (discontinued ) .

Might have enough left over for an AD-10 !:thumbsup::thumbsup:

Lionsteel is a good idea.
I would have Roundhead sent from CK to Josh @razor-edge-knives, have his excellent regrind service on it, and ask him to ship it to you in the UK.
My Bolus Otnat took a similar route (but to Japan instead).
It's awesome.

Thanks for the advice people. I am going to check all ou,t though the custom may be hard as if its from abroad it can incur harsh import duties. I will look into it. At the moment i have just this second ordered a QSP Falcon Damascus. Never heard of them before, but i like the look of it and i can always send back if no good. Also leaves me enough to buy a Lion Steel two blade knife as well...….thanks again.

Good find.
Looks very intriguing.
Please review it when you get it.
