What is your stance on hair in your food

You're at a Mexican restaurant and you find not one, but two, hairs in your nachos.

I chose pull them out and eat. But probably because the sending back choice included not paying. If I was going to send it back and they made it right I would pay. Also if you send it back you’re probably gonna be wondering if there’s now something worse in there the whole time you’re eating it. It would effect my decision when choosing a place in the future.
 
We were at a very highly rated Cuban restaurant in Orlando over spring break and my wife ordered Tostones and guacamole (a dish they are known for) from the appetizers as her meal.

I’m not food sensitive and will plow through a bandaid if everything tastes good, but I saw that look on her face.. she pulled like 4 chunks of tostone out of her mouth all connected with about 6” long thick black hair. She was discreet because if our 11 year old drama queen saw it all bets are off..

To my amazement she slid it under a napkin, regrouped for a minute and went back to eating. Of course I need to be a smart ass and said something to the effect of “they said it was authentic”. Later in the car I complemented her on her grace and she said it was so damn good she didn’t want to waste it.
 
Forget about hair…

I once found a chewed off finger nail in my coffee. What that means is that someone also had that nail in their mouth and then spit it into the air and into the full coffee pot before serving me my coffee. I almost hurled.

True story. I didn’t buy coffee for a year.
 
People are nasty. Maybe not this group, but in general they are. They rarely wash their hands much less their hair. Hail, teeth, and nails do not belong in my food. I’m done, out, give me my money and I won’t go back. I may make the whole family stop eating and go eat somewhere else.

Not hair related, but a few towns close to me in Texas recently had several restaurants shut down due to violations. Most common reason was due to rat feces. To me, their hair in my food is a close second.
