Nice to see this one, it would be a unicorn knife to me if I was looking, congrats on grabbing that one! It looks great and I bet that 440c with the GEC heat treat cuts really good.

I decided to stick this Rough Rider whittler in my pocket the last couple of days. I always liked the knife but the main blade had a pull of about 20 on a scale of 10. Cleaning, lubing, and mostly letting it sit open for days to fatigue the backspring helped. Consistent with the mission of a whittler I have reprofiled the edges to (probably) somewhere around 15 dps. The original amber bone has been redyed with Rit "Scarlet".
