Last month,Jack Black sent me a box o' knives from his famous table to fettle with. I'm savoring them by pulling them out a few at a time.
Since Saturday is Sharpening Day, I've got this pruner that needs a bit of work on the tip, and new the Maserin in olivewood. Thanks, Jack!

Yes agreedI agree they are great - looking. I think Case's recent Barlows overall are very well made and several are very attractive.
That white owl is gorgeous. I would trade that annoying letter-bringing Hedvig for it if I were Harry Potter.Found this 68 at the Rendezvous.![]()

Nice Barlow. I can't remember having to get a toting chip when I was in Scouts (approx. 1970-1973). Either it was not a requirement, or the Scoutmaster was lax, but I did carry a scout knife. My five sons (four Eagle Scouts) had to get theirs, though.
Thank you. Glad I still have my Totin’ chip. Quitting Boy Scouts and not going to Eagle is one of my regrets in life. Awesome that four of your sons had the drive to make it to Eagle Scout.Nice Barlow. I can't remember having to get a toting chip when I was in Scouts (approx. 1970-1973).
