Hmmm Tim Posted this onto his Instagram...wonder what it is.
The blade has a swedge!
Inkosi with a swedge, two tone blade finish, probably being made for an upcoming knife show.
If that’s a swedged Inkosi it will be the one Inkosi to rule them all. I can’t think of a blade that would look better with a swedge than the Inkosi.
That swedge looks really good!
Most likely in S45VN as well.
I know what this is...... Something that 99% of us will never have a chance to own.
I think the 2 tone finish makes it looks cheap.
Makes me want to swedge my drop point blade now......it looks great
I think they shoulda put a swedge on the 31’s as well. Woulda kept the OCD fellas from pressing down on the spine so much!
Special edition Inkosi to showcase the new steel
Underwhelming for me, but I like the swedge.
Not sure if it'd be for the new steel. It's got the "V" marking of S35.
I like the two tone finish concept, but I personally would prefer it reversed, with the brushed portion on the ground side. I like the swedge too, looks great.
All I want is CGG/UG Impindas.
Looks good. Cant wait to hear more
I'm thinking the blade pictured is not in its final polish/finish, and I hope it is a SV35 , as that's how it is marked . Nice to have different blade steels marked for certain identification.
What is the "new" steel?
