What's your workout and why?

Hope it has some kind of safety mechanism. I heard people have used them alone at home and died hanging upside down because they could not get out of it.

It's actually very easy to get out of. You can also set it to less than fully inverted if you don't want to hang completely free.

My wife is always home when I use it if there were to be an issue...

Worked out for over 40 years competed for 7 in bodybuilding and a few Powerlifting competitions.

Still train 4 days a week more powerlifting related with some hypertrophy. 2 days lower (one day a "control" day) 2 days upper.

Rep range anywhere from singles to 10-15 reps on assistance exercises.

Don't train to failure now, and follow 8 week "wave" programmes.

I pick things up and put them down.

I haul 50lb bales of hay around the farm to feed sheep. Don't have time for much else.

Every once in a while I have to get a 150-lb dead sheep into a cart, pull it 200 yards out to the cemetery, dig a hole 30 inches wide, 40 inches long, and 40 inches deep (really ought to be 48 inches, but that gets really hard), put the sheep in the hole, and fill it back up. Filling the hole is the hardest part because of the bursitis in my shoulder. That's when I think maybe I should start working out.
