#7 - thought I got all the projects around the house done yesterday, but the 586 ended up overseeing a trip to home depot and a re-sealing of the sink/disposal interface.

I'm not usually a "knife-a-day" person, more a "couple on the dresser for the next couple weeks" guy, but this has been a fun way to mix it up and carry some BMs that I don't see as often.

(The 525BK-1101, and a 710DLC-1 and 730-1303 not in this week's mix are the ones most often in my pocket. But I think I'm going to keep this 586 on the dresser for a while longer. )

Yeah, I've always really appreciated KW's taste in their exclusives. Some of my favorite Benchmades and Spydercos both.

That 490 looks great with a little wear on it. Looked up the specs and a 0.090" blade thickness sounds really nice... Might have to pick one of these up. How's the S90V treating you?

i love it. holds an edge forever. the nice high grind makes it a great slicer. ended up burying it about an inch deep in my thigh once at work, sliced thru pants, boxers, & my leg like there was nothing there

I have one of these, and absolutely LOVE the thing. So much in fact that I gave away a super freak in preference to this. I hemmed and hawed about getting this with that recurve, but when Knifeworks dropped it to 80 bucks, I grabbed it. It is absolutely the best value knife I own.
