Why do knife companies always stop producing the best of their products?

You think the knife industry is bad take a look at the clothing industry. Change for the sake of change.

Why do knife companies always stop producing the best of their products?
Some one once said it so eloquently :

"Because they are such big dumb heads."

I think that might be a PeeWee Herman quote . . . not sure.
No I'm not saying Not Sure might have said it, just that I'm not sure.
Well obviously I'm not Not Sure I'm Wowbagger . . . oh skip it.

For the same reason they don't put a thin paring knife blade in a Buck 110
or put M4 steel in a Case Trapper.
If they ever made that "mistake" we could all just buy one and go off into our lives content and stop all this endless bickering and yacking. :)

M4 Trapper would be cool, but Case would charge too much for it and it wouldn't sell enough. Answer >> make it a sprint run. Make it rare. :D
