Your newest addition:traditionals of course!

Got my second Cosimo De Benedetto Cosimo De Benedetto yesterday. Love the deep Lunar Lamb jigging.

Very nice. Congrats.
LB8.
If my memory is functioning today, the LB5 was Uncle Henry's version of the smaller Old Timer 5OT.
The LB7 was the same as the LB8/7OT, but with Staglon covers.

As far as I know Uncle Henry didn't have a variation of the 6OT. (a bare head 7OT)

As far as I know all the UH variations of the Old Timer knives have Schrade+ blades, while most of the Old Timer's had 1095 blades. The 858OT and 6OT being two of the few with only Schrade+ stainless its entire production life. Tho the later 7OT's were only available with a Schrade+ blade. ☹️
The 8OT stockman had carbon steel. The UH 885 version of the 8OT has stainless blades and Staglon covers. I'm pretty sure UH used Staglon on their versions of the OT's with "saw cut" Delrin. (The "Sharp Finger" fixed blade skinning knife might be an exception.)

Here's my gang of large sized Schrades...far left is the latest one LB7....lovin the grain on that one...Far right is a Rough Rider kit I put together with Spotted Gum scales and next to it a Buck 110...
Among the Schrades are the Mountain Lion and Cave Bear...gotta love those😁
I've got LB5s and LB 3s too...Bruins?

Thanks for the additional info! Somewhere I saw a picture of an Old Timer lockback that had a Schrade+ blade and that really confused me because I was unaware that any OTs used stainless blades. I appreciate Schrades, but my knowledge of them is superficial at best!

Sadly I mixed up the LB7 & LB8' s cover materials. LB7 was wood, not Staglon.
Oh well ... not first (or most likely the last) time I got details reversed. 🤨☹️

Not sure why its 6 but same length as the 7s...
A Ace Rimmer ....I think there are "end of days" knives.
Might not be an End Days knife.

The 6OT was available in the late 80's or early 90's. I forget when I bought mine. I know I had both a 6OT and a 7OT when I was sent to St. Croix, USVI to assist getting the company's charter boat (72' over deck Irwin Ketch with 4 guest cabins aft & 2 crew quarters forward), ready for the scheduled millennium charter, in November, 1999.
I don't currently have access to my 6OT, or my same age 7OT.
The 6OT is essentially a bare head 7OT. As far a I can tell the only difference between a 6OT and 7OT blade is the model number on the tang stamp.
The US made 6OT is also one of the few Old Timer's equipped with a stainless blade its entire production run prior to the bankruptcy.
(By 1993(?) or earlier the 7OT was only available with a stainless blade.)
The offshore 6/OT/7OT is stainless ... and thinner mark to pile side, making it a bit uncomfy for extended use, IMHO. ☹️
