Whew.... I was really worried for a minute there......
I would not waste my time with more emails. If you were charged for a knife from a store that you have not and will not receive contact the vendor and indicate that you are going to contact your bank to have the charges reversed if they do not issue a voluntary refund. End of story. There is no need to suffer through the waiting game of email tag. There are more important things in your life to be done than that I would imagine.

If PayPal took that money from your bank account, contact the bank. The dealer won't be able to show delivery, and the bank can probably retrieve your payment.

Maybe. It isn't technically a fraud until everyone agrees it is, it's just a verification that the manufacturer ran out of the knife before supplying your dealer.
