with a layer of some carbide shit on the
back o' the edge?
I have one I bought back in 97'
but I've never seen another

It's awesome! Nice and thin, very light and fast in the hand and of course with a platinum edge! I would call this a fighter over a chopper due to the weight and balance. You have something to look forward to my friend!
