Not a great picture, but I love the tapered tang.

Thanks Vayu.

Tekton, the scales are Marblewood. I also have an Arete with them as well. Really cool looking wood.

Kudos for starting this thread. The Bushboot is not only my favorite Fiddleback, but my fav knife period.

More pics please, to everyone in general but to Dawgfan in particular as I am totally smittened by those gorgeous scales, and I would love to see more of that curly Q one that Mist got recently as well (pretty please, with sugar on top).

These are mine:

The convexed one with Eucalyptus burl scales is my first Fiddleback, and the only one I sharked myself so far. I must admit that I don't use it as much any more now that I got the scandi though. Sometimes I still use it for purely food related tasks (anything from diner-knife to small game prep to general foodprep) but the scandi is starting to take over in that department as well since it's simply the one I always have on me as my EDC knife.

Ok, enough babbling, here are some more pics:

GooberBoober, that is the nicest looking BB I have seen yet. Great color on the blue scales.

Thanks Cutchu, it's dyed curly mango by the way.

Too be honest it wasn't my first choice. I prefer natural colored wood over dyed personally, this one is a bit on the fancy side for me.
But scandi Boots are pretty rare so I just couldn't pass up on it when the opportunity to buy this one presented itself, and it really has become "my knife" since. I haven't even had the urge to buy another knife since I got it, which is kinda new for me, haha.
