Fiddlebacks and Food

so Hannafords (local grocery) calls this a sicilian roast. it is italian meats, provolone and portabello wrapped in beef.

can you tell me more about that serving/cutting board? that thing is awesome.

I'm not sure. It was given to me as a gift and I've been wondering what kind of wood it is myself. Whatever it is, it's a nice large slab and it's very hard.
 
Man! I'm starving right now, about to go figure out some dinner, I'd rather just have a plate of that, Phillip!

2 eggs over easy on top of an order of scattered & smothered & a side of dry toast is pretty good eats...once every 6-8 months
 
Used my Pro'Fanger (Thanks, BMurray!) to slice some huge Portobello mushrooms for this delicious (if I do say so myself) stir fry that I made for dinner tonight.
