Wow! My first one was here waiting tonight when I got home. Thanks for the sheath setup, Dan. Everything is spot on with this little blade. Love the silver twill G-10:thumbup: One question, what grit is the final finish and was it done with a belt?

Blade grinding was done by me. 220 grit for the final finish.

I actually will be starting the next one in a week or so...and the good news is...I already have heat-treated blanks ready to go (no deposit neeeded).

Nope - only CPM 3V blades this time. They'll also be up for grabs on my Available knives page.



My foot still hurts (the digging was crazy insane deep)...but I'm back in the shop. :thumbup:

I have the PIF ones laid out ready to finish - just had to finish some flat-grinding first to get some blades out for heat-treat.
