That’s wonderful news! And a little bit better this am too.
This was/is such an awesome encouraging post to read. I think most of us here have been there (with a loved one or dear friend), and can relate especially to the part in bold.I spent most of a career working ICU, and although we do not know each other I want to say: ICU’s are all about life support to get people over ‘the hump’. Make sure to hold his hand and talk to him (about anything). It is amazing what patients remember when they come around.

Just checking in. Continued positive energy/uplifting prayers, for your son, Mason. And a little bit better this am too.
Great news!Dialysis has pulled the excess fluid levels down to near normal. Now we are hoping to see some kidney recovery in hopes of getting out of ICU. Vitals are stable, minimal BP meds which they are stepping downward. Much appreciate the support everybody.
