UltraLight EDC - new knife design

has anyone tried this knife on a firesteel..?..maybe some better serrations on back of spine,also I say it needs a lanyard hole.
 
I've seen a knife like this before and there was evidently a problem with very small fibers coming loose over time - subsequently a problem with food prep. You do not want to ingest carbon fiber. Something to think about...
