Who else EDCs a fixedblade?

Here are mine. Not carried every day anymore, but I'll occasionally wear one for a few days....

This is the first knife I ever made.

It’s 1/4” 5160. I made it for work - forged to shape in an old coal forge - and have had it on my boot for ~15 years now.

It’s got a nice thick edge and will happily baton through sheet metal, but it’s mostly been used for field euthanasia of wildlife, throwing at stumps, and recently for scraping axe handles which it does quite well.

I need to replace one of the brass grommets on the sheath as it has almost worn away from rubbing on the little steel s-biner…

Super Cool..... love the blade shape.
Even the handle is pretty Sweet
 
I would if I could (UK) although do when camping. Don't really like folders on a functional level other than SAKs etc.. but again here in the UK we are very limited.
