The great thing about this blackwood is its uniformity across the run....which means no one will be able to winge about not having enough grain or too stripey or not enough figuring or his is better than mine.......
Mines gonna be so black even the white bits will be black.
Ha Ha Ha !!:D
Mine's gonna be so black I won't be able to find it in my pocket!!
:D

I see they used the wide arch tang stamp like they used on the 2013 Half Congress. It’s a gentler arch and I think it’s a better look on that blade shape anyway.

Regular flavored spam isn't that bad every now and then from my point of view. I just don't want it regularly. I generally don't care for some of the flavored versions (that I tried; I'm not real adventurous).

I've really been toying with the idea of buying a leg of prosciutto as Costco has a great deal on them going right now and I LOVE prosciutto. Prosciutto needs to be sliced paper thin to be properly enjoyed. Trying to see just how thin this knife can slice prosciutto = justification and confirmation that a 12 pound leg of prosciutto is indeed a reasonable purchase. It's not Spam, but thanks for the idea!
