Just got back from a 5 day vacation in New Orleans and although the food was great (crayfish, chicken, shrimp, etc) the wife and I are CRAVING some red meat.

You must be a true Louisianian I’ve been living around the South my whole life, and we usually called them crawdads, but the folks I met in Louisiana were all saying crawfish, and I defer to them, since if you’re eating mudbugs, Louisiana is THE place to do it!
