School has been over for me for about a month and a half now, and the public library branch 4 blocks from my house has finally reverted to almost-normal hours and almost-normal operations, so I can go in and browse the shelves at my leisure. So I've been doing a fair amount of recreational reading over the past 6 weeks. I read quite a bit of mystery/detective/thriller fiction, some sports/games books, some math-related stuff, and some classics. Here are a couple of books I re-read recently featuring a character named Lucas Davenport, written by John Sandford. (These 2 books actually came from Little Free Libraries in the neighborhood, rather than from the public library.) The nice thing is that, at this stage of my life, I can re-read books like this as if it were the first time - I recall almost nothing about the plots of the books from previous reading(s)!
