Buck 110s and 112s SLIMS

At first i was wondering why Buck didn’t stay with the same 112 clip point blade? But the more i look at and use this knife the more i love the look of this blade. It’s a really nice blade. Thanks Buck!
 
Why are there two screws opposite the two that hold the clip? Are they just extra? Most knife companies use the same screws holding the clip when changing location?

Fills the empty holes so they don't get gunked up.
Looks nice.
My thumb gets a little extra grip on those screws when pulling out of pocket.

I may just order a set of threaded studs from knife kits and be done with it.
Give it more of a customized look.;)

I recently received a 486 which had the thumb stud changed out to a single sided one, I like it better than the dble sided on my other 486.
