Camillus and Schrade of Old Given Short Shrift Now-A-Days

I have been tempted by those Smithey ironware rigs, but we have lots of it here which we use all the time, Griswold, LeCreuset, no-names, etc., many from early 1900s. So I have held off. Maybe Bruce will send me one of the big pots this coming Christmas.

Ulsters are Siblings. From 1958 to 2004 Schrade lived in the Ulster buildings. And before 1941 (when Baer bought Ulster) Ulster and Schrade CutCo were already big Friends.

Note: The blades seem to have simpler grinds than Schrade Walden stamped knives. I wonder if these were sold at a lower price point?
