Depends on the model and condition. I've paid anywhere from $100 to $1200 for them. There are a few Wood/Loveless that were made in the 70's. Blades were ground by Steve Johnson when he worked under Loveless. They sell in the $12,000 range.
And these are various other makers...(top left to bottom right) 3 by Michael Raymond, 2 by Scott Sawby, Joe Cordova, Kansei, A.T. Barr, Arno Bernard, Ralph Turnbull, Peter Marker, Mike Sanders, T. Herbst, Charlton.
I was contacted by a knife collector/dealer last week... he had just acquired 79 Barry Wood folders from another collector. Yesterday I drove 3 hours to his house and purchased 2 (FIRST PICTURE, 2 ON THE RIGHT SIDE, BOTTOM)... if I was rich I would have gottten more.
Picked up a few more Mike Irie knives this week...
Top left is a damascus & pearl "swing lock" boot knife
Top right is a stag Mk.2 "CLASSIC"
Right side, 3rd down is a MK.2 "CLASSIC" salesman's sample, has 4 different Mircarta colors on the handle
Updated... got a few more. I'll be at THE BLADE SHOW in Atlanta with my display of Wood & possibly Irie knives. Stop by and say hello...
Rumor has it all "Display Exhibits" will be out in the atrium area, not in the large main room.
