I made a thread like this in some other forums. I really enjoy BBQ and smoking. I'm running the smoker whether it'-10 or 90 degrees out. I just love it. Anyways here is my creation from tonight. Bbq avocado bombs. Split the avocado and pull the pit. Scoop a little out to deepen the pit void. Stuff full of delicious cheese. Then season. Put avocado back together.

Season some more lol. Then mix 1lb ground pork and beef. Season your meats. Then make a patty and flatten. Roll the avocado in it. Then wrap with bacon.

Put it on the smoker at 300 for about 50 minutes. Then baste with your favorite bbq sauce and cook another 15 minutes or so to caramelize. Not my invention but is damn good.

Smoked Cuban pork burrito with mac and cheese and avocado:) edc2 for food prep. I'll be honest I didn't think I was going to like the edc2 near as much as I do.
I'm also starting to think You guys don't like to eat or cook near as much as me lol

I’ll be honest. If you lived in my neighborhood I’d be “happening in” at your place around dinner time, a lot.

There are definitely quite a few CPK'ers around here who can also cook up a storm and share your enthusiasm for the culinary art. Don't be dissuaded and feel free to share ;)
