It occurred to me to wonder tonight how many folks use a skinner as their steak knife? Mine has probably 10 years on it and has been awesome.

I believe the more pertinent question you should ask is:

“How many people would use D2 skinners as steak knives if we do another run of them?”

Answer:

Hundreds. We’d be buying them in sets of 6.

Tom, they are the easiest thing in the world to make, get some oil, turn on the oven, then bake, and THEN BAKE!
 
my harvest was pretty good this year, but I still haven't gotten around to preparing infused ingredients
