Well that looks fun! I like it.

Thanks!. It was certainly fun to make, and luckily I managed to not stain the countertops while doing so. I did somehow end up with green fingernails even though I tried to glove up the whole time

Went with the Le Thiers “Gentleman” for a somewhat glum and gloomy Tuesday afternoon. I’ll tell ya’, compared to the 10cm “Pocket” version….this 12cm model simply feels massive every time I take it out. I can also say that I truly enjoy these knives.

I've almost snagged one of those a few times, the lanyard loop built on to the lockbar is pretty nifty and the craftsmanship always looks excellent...the stainless that Le Thiers uses for their bolsters cuts nicely too
