Thanks, friend. We're pretty happy here on Cape and while we love our acreage up North, the house is just a camp and would need a lot of improvement and expansion to be a true year-round home. I've been basically retired for several years now anyway, just picking up the odd job here and there, and our land up there is a bit remote for starting all over, so that's just our getaway--kind of a permanent vacation destination with work involved.

There's an old thread of mine over here that has pics of knives, of course, but is set on our two closely located plots totaling 60 acres, four miles back from the only paved town road, and shows some of our acreage, the camp, our woods roads, and the view from our upper 33.
