I tried and tried to sharpen this engage and I don't know why but it just wouldn't get where I wanted it.

Got pissed last night and threw an old belt on a 1" belt sander and it worked perfectly. Go figure. Shaving sharp again.

I believe we are having two very different conversations here. My experience is, owning many D7 and LG products, they are exceptional and well worth the price one and all. As a matter of fact, I consider them some of the very best values in the game. Evident in performance and the strong and stable values on the secondary.

I carried my Les George/Protech collaboration Rockeye yesterday along with my Spyderco/Lionsteel collaboration Slym. Today I am once again carrying the Slym but with a Protech Malibu- blue, textured, Wharncliffe shaped magnacut blade.
