Mine's the desert version with black blade and tan handles. Actually went into the store looking for a CQC-8 but the 7V was just RIGHT. Looks cool as hell, sharp as you could hope, and way less obtrusive in the pocket than the Patriot. Also it's not a 4" serrated blade of doom that might draw funny looks.

I'm now carrying a Big Chris reground and de-waved Horseman, absolutely love it.

I have always like the look of the older custom Cqc-8's so I picked up this Horseman on the forums. The original owner had the wave ground off but left the ramp on, I had Big Chris remove the ramp entirely.

After a week of carrying it I also like the slim profile it has in the pocket.

Regrind looks great, bet it is a slicer now. I might be tempted to smooth those scales since the shape of the grip itself locks it in pretty good.

Mini A-100 has been removed from EDC duty more than any other, but always goes back in my pocket in a couple days. I love how slim it is, and where I live it should be no more than 3". I guess a bigger knife is more deadly than the other things I carry.
