How Fiddleback Friday Works

The rules are quite simple. Once the knives post, the first person to the checkout process gets the knife. There are no limits to how many you can buy. However, it may take you longer to put 3 knives in your cart than it takes 3 other people to checkout with only 1 knife. Unsold knives will stay here until Thursday of the following week. They will still be on the site listed with other https://fiddlebackforge.com/collections/handmade

Shipping

Our checkout accepts both PayPal or credit cards. In the USA, there is free USPS First Class shipping for any order over $150. You can pay to upgrade to Priority Shipping during checkout if you'd like to. International is up to $50 USD per order for USPS Priority International Mail. Rate depends on country. We ship next business day after purchase. We ship Monday-Friday unless there's a national holiday or something unforeseen occurs.

That Wasp is HOT! Really like the Recluse and Woodsman too. If I were able to pick one up I think i would go with the EDC II. I am interested in that model and that one is a great color combo.

Yup! Patch and Recluse are both great. Wasp, too.

But that Recluse is so so classy (didn’t think I’d see another more classy than that recent tuxedo), and the Stormy Night handle is both subtle and mesmerizing. . . How possible?!

And Both kitchen knives are outta sight!

They are all nice, the Asp caught my eye too. And I am sort of drawn to the lemon drop scales of the Esquire too. I wonder what a HB would look like in lemon and a black micarta bolster would look like too? Like a bumble bee?

So, the new burlaps from Pops are made by real micarta manufacturers. They are denser and are for the most part free of pits. They are much easier to work and they don't shrink as much.

Whoa! Santoku!

Only the 2nd of that model I've made. Watching Joey make kitchen knives inspired me to do a few more. They are a ton more work than a bushcrafting knife. I stopped doing them back in the day because I didn't think I was making a good knife. Nowadays I have the skill. Still. There wont be many. They take 8x as much time to grind.

This exactly..

For something like 12 weeks straight I keep running out of fingers counting "favorites."

I enlisted my son(who's a burgeoning knife fiend, but more importantly, knows how to keep his mouth shut), to pare down the choices to one favorite. The best he could do was a top 3(Recluse, Patch, and DPR btw), and I think it made him ill to leave another 3 off the list.
